At Adrianamorale, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  1. Be unused and in the same condition as received
  2. Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
  3. Not be damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@adrianamorale.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive instructions and a return address via email within 1–2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchange and Restocking Fees

  • Exchanges: At Adrianamorale, we currently do not support exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase following our return process and place a new order.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. As long as your return meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund (minus any applicable shipping costs).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement, full refund, or alternative solution depending on your preference.

We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for quality control purposes.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Items marked as final sale
  2. Products that have been used or assembled
  3. Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
